Privacy Policy & Cookie Disclosure

Last Updated: October 31, 2026

Summary: PromptPayCalc operates as a client-side calculation utility. When you calculate interest, audit contract clauses, or generate Letter Before Action (LBA) PDF files, all processing occurs locally in your web browser. We do not store, upload, or sell your private financial data or contract text.

1. Zero Server-Side Storage of Private Data

Any invoice amounts, client names, payment due dates, and contract excerpts entered into PromptPayCalc are computed purely inside your local browser memory (client-side execution). Our servers do not receive or save your confidential debtor communications or invoices.

2. Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising Cookies

This website displays advertisements provided by Google AdSense and its network of certified third-party advertising partners.

3. Web Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregated, anonymized usage telemetry (e.g. pages viewed, session duration, general geographic region, browser type). This aggregated data helps us identify which statutory calculators are most useful and improve application performance. No personally identifiable financial data is tracked.

4. Data Subject Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Because we do not collect, maintain, or store personal identity databases or user profiles, there is no personal profile information retained on our servers. Any locally saved preferences (such as custom interest benchmarks) are stored exclusively in your browser's local cache and can be cleared at any time via your browser settings.
